Items can be returned in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for free.

Please ensure you include one of the below reasons for return in your message; 

  1. Too big 
  2. Too small 
  3. Colour not as expected 
  4. Style not as expected 
  5. Ordered more than one size 
  6. Incorrect item received 
  7. Faulty 

 Our customer service team will then issue an authorisation code via email. 

 If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or fit, you can also do this free of charge by contacting customer services at 

Once you have an authorisation code, please then proceed to our royal mail returns portal where you can create a returns label to either print at home or generate a QR code to be scanned at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office. Please then take the parcel to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office and obtain proof of postage. Some areas of the UK you will be able to book a home collection, if this is a service Royal Mail offer for your postcode this option will display when requesting the return. 

Returns will be processed within 14 days from the date of return. 

Please ensure your footwear is unworn and in its original undamaged packaging.
